Yoga Nidra: Recharge With The Ultimate Power Nap

Get serious rest with my Recharge Session (video above). This relaxation technique, Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep,”  is so effective for stress, anxiety, and PTSD that the military adopted it for veterans. They named the program iRest (see comments below).

“I have been doing this Yoga Nidra now for about 3 years and I have gotten to a point now that I don’t have to take any medication for my blood pressure. And I don’t take anything for sleeping, so it has made a big improvement.”

– Tom Rusneck, Veteran

“Instead of feeling like there is something wrong with us, iRest makes us feel like there is something right with us.”

– Gilbert M., Veteran

Ok, here’s the science… In Yoga Nidra you’re, “stilling the waves of the mind through conscious entry into the sleep state,” as described by Yoga Journal.

I feel so good after a session, but it also helps me sleep. #LightSleeperProblems

I usually do Yoga Nidra in the afternoon or before I have dinner.
