Practice: I fully guide you one-on-one during a 19 Minute Yoga Nidra Meditation (it’s like the ultimate power nap). The meditation concludes with a sound bath (so relaxing!).
Custom Action Plan: I’ll recommend complimentary yoga poses, breathwork, and/or any other healing modalities that may be uniquely useful for you and your goal.
