19 Minute Yoga: Core Power

When I want to feel all the endorphins and start building some heat in the body, this is my go-to sequence. Between the downward-dog to plank and the side plank sequence, you have an energizing flow.

This class is all about feeling “strong and stable” with a focus on core movements. Anytime you need to rest, move into a position that feels good for you. My personal favorite is child’s pose 🙂
